Acceptable Use Policy

Introduction.

By using SUBBD, you agree that this Policy forms part of your agreement with us and you agree to abide by the terms of this Policy.

If you are found to have breached this Policy, we reserve the right to remove or deactivate your Content or account.

Prohibited Uses on SUBBD.

You are not permitted to use the SUBBD Platform in any manner that features or facilitates:

• Underage Content. Submitting or sharing content involving individuals under the age of 18 or explicit adult content featuring individuals over the age of 18 who have not completed our Creator onboarding process or provided a properly completed release form.
• Illegal Activities. Engaging in any illegal activity, including but not limited to exploitation, abuse, or harm of minors (actual, claimed, or role-played); incest; bestiality; necrophilia; rape; or sexual assault.
• Hateful Language or Behaviour. Conduct that promotes hate or attacks others based on race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religion, age, disability, or disease.
• Abuse and Harassment. Engaging in abusive or harassing behaviour such as stalking, doxxing, defamation, or sharing non-consensual, fake, or manipulated intimate images, as well as any other unauthorized content.
• Non-Consensual Explicit Content. Posting explicit images or content of another person without their consent, including artificially generated images.
• Violence and Harm. Participating in or promoting violent or harmful activities, including prohibited role play, actions likely to cause physical or mental harm, lack of express consent, extreme impact or bondage, or content involving suicide.
• Prohibited Bodily Fluids. Including or featuring prohibited bodily fluids, such as urine or excrement, in any Content.
• Public Nudity. Displaying explicit nudity or sexual conduct in public spaces or in locations where others are reasonably likely to see, including in profile pictures or header images.
• Misleading Information. Providing false or misleading information in descriptions of media, account details, or any other representations.
• Prohibited Items. Using weapons, controlled substances, or other items prohibited by applicable laws in a way that poses harm to yourself or others.
• In-Person Meetings. Arranging or soliciting invitations to in-person meetings to facilitate transactions unrelated to Creator Interactions on SUBBD.
• Unauthorized Commercial Activity. Engaging in prohibited commercial practices, including selling items regulated by applicable laws or the Platform Terms of Service, falsely claiming endorsements from SUBBD, or infringing on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Cyber Misconduct. Engaging in online activities prohibited by applicable laws, such as spamming, sharing personal data of others, linking to external storage sites, referencing off-platform sites that violate our Platform Terms of Service, or interfering with SUBBD's software, hardware, or network.
• Content Scraping and Copying. Scraping, downloading, sharing, or otherwise collecting content or information from SUBBD or its Creators without authorization.

Prohibited Uses; Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools.

You are not permitted to use the SUBBD Platform's artificial intelligence tools in any manner that features or facilitates any forms of content described in Section 2, above.

You are not permitted to use the SUBBD Platform's artificial intelligence tools in any manner that features or facilitates:

• Third-party intellectual property rights including the replication or imitation of protected images, likenesses, trademarks, or copyrighted materials without explicit authorisation.
• Impersonations of real persons, including deepfakes, without the explicit permission of such person.

Prohibited Uses; Use of SUBBD Token.

Use of the SUBBD Token on the Platform without having complied with the mandatory anti-money laundering and know-your-customer procedures of the Platform is strictly prohibited.

The SUBBD Token may not be used to purchase any Content that is deemed prohibited, pursuant to this Policy, or otherwise contrary to applicable laws.

The SUBBD Token may not be used to engage in any form of market manipulation, including but not limited to pump-and-dump schemes, wash trading, or other practices intended to artificially influence the asset's value.
